Michelle Gonzalez Gerth is an experienced education leader with a background in special education, behavior intervention, and customer success leadership. Prior to transitioning into educational technology, Michelle served as a special education teacher and behavior specialist, where she developed a strong passion for supporting diverse learners and helping educators implement effective, student-centered practices.
Currently serving as a Director of Customer Success with Vizzle and RethinkEd, Michelle partners closely with school districts across Texas to support successful implementation of SEL, behavior, wellness, and special education solutions. She is known for building strong district partnerships, leading strategic initiatives, and helping educators drive meaningful outcomes for both students and staff.
