About me
Meg Tillman currently serves as a Special Education Coordinator in Prosper ISD, bringing nearly two decades of educational experience and a passion for supporting students, staff, and systems. Prior to stepping into district leadership, Meg spent 12 years as a campus administrator across three middle schools in two districts, including serving as part of the leadership team that opened Hays Middle School in Prosper.Meg began her career in special education, teaching at the middle school level and providing early intervention services for children ages 3–5, experiences that continue to shape her student-centered approach to leadership and problem solving.She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2007 and later completed her Master’s degree in Administration from Texas A&M University–Commerce in 2013.Meg lives in Prosper with her husband and two sons, both of whom attend Prosper schools. For the Tillman family, Prosper is more than where they live...it is home, and investing in the success of the community remains both a personal and professional mission.
