About me
Hi! I’m Ginger Hoffman, a wife and mother of six, entering my fifth year teaching 4th Grade ELAR and Texas History at Cockrell Elementary. Before moving to Prosper, I taught at a low socioeconomic school and worked in a GED program for adults in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Coming from a military family, I’ve learned the value of resilience, adaptability, and building relationships with people from all walks of life. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to connect with others and make students feel seen, valued, and supported.
My passion is building strong relationships with every student to create a classroom environment rooted in kindness, inclusion, and trust. I believe that when students know you truly believe in them, they become more socially regulated, confident, and willing to grow academically. Creating meaningful connections with students is not only the foundation of my classroom culture, but also what keeps me grounded and passionate about teaching.
