As coaches, we all know the most valuable asset we have is time, yet we never seem to have enough of it. This session is designed to help coaches integrate - and allow them to experiment with - Claude (or your preferred LLM - Large Language Model) into your coaching workflow to help with items like:
- YAGs
- analytics / maximizing lineups
- planning / scouting
- film questions

Discussing practical principles of dynamic leadership, harnessing opportunities for growth, and utilizing the vast resources unique to Prosper ISD to steward well what is entrusted to you.

Join the Prosper ISD Athletic Department staff for an engaging presentation on developing future leaders through intentional personal growth initiatives. Topics will focus on self-awareness, personal values, goal setting, the growth mindset, communication skills, emotional intelligence and leadership styles. 

Join us for a professional learning session designed specifically for coaches and fine arts directors to strengthen our communication with the families we serve. This session will explore best practices for using Prosper ISD's communication platforms — including sports you and other tools in your toolkit — to deliver timely, clear, and consistent messaging to parents. Whether you're navigating game-day updates, performance announcements, or sensitive conversations, this session will give you practical strategies you can use right away. Come ready to learn, share, and ask questions — your voice and experience matter in this conversation.

Session will provide examples and models, organizational outlines, communication tools, shortcuts/visuals for Embrace, and various other tools for ensuring a developed relationship of understanding between members of the ARD committee (i.e. with students, guardians, supporting staff, teachers, admin) along with a consistent routine in order to become and maintain successful case manager duties.

Target skills that will be addressed for attendees:
1. Acquire applicable organizational skills that can be applied to each individualized case load student
2. Acquire skills and tools to effectively communicate with all pertinent (need-to-know) individuals
3. Acquire understanding and knowledge of utilizing Embrace as a case manager
4. Acquire skills and knowledge to build rapport with caseload students and guardians
5. Acquire skills to establish an effective routine suitable for each individual case manager that can be adapted for each individual student with an IEP

This session focuses on the operational backbone of a successful athletic program, broken down by season to create clarity, consistency, and purpose. Coaches will learn how to organize and structure their programs from preseason through postseason, with an emphasis on forward thinking, anticipating needs, and preparing for every phase of the year. From building practice plans and managing logistics to establishing routines and expectations, this approach ensures nothing is left to chance. While data plays a supporting role, the primary focus is on creating systems that allow coaches to make confident, well-prepared decisions on the field. Participants will leave with a season-by-season framework designed to bring order, reduce stress, and maximize performance.
