To shift the school culture from a focus on "compliance and curriculum" to a focus on connection and community. This session recognizes that academic success is biologically impossible without emotional safety and gives you practical ways to make connections with students, staff, and parents.
This would be for those that have access to the Verkada camera system to search for incidents across campuses. This would be mainly for new and returning Principals, Assistant Principals, Campus Secretary, Counselors, DAEP/AEP and our Police Officers that need training or refresher on the system.
Professional organizations can help educators extend their impact beyond their own classroom to strengthen their campus, department, and district. Through a panel of educators serving in leadership roles in organizations such as Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, American Choral Directors Association, International Thespian Society, and Texas Educational Theatre Association, participants will discover how professional service creates access to innovative ideas, instructional resources, leadership opportunities, and meaningful professional networks. Panelists will share practical examples of how involvement in professional organizations can strengthen teaching practices, support student opportunities, build stronger programs, and increase collaboration across a district. Attendees will leave with: - Practical ways to get involved, regardless of experience level - Strategies for using professional organizations to improve instruction and student engagement - Ideas for bringing new resources and connections back to their campus - A plan for taking the next step in professional leadership
Equipping users with the skills to design tailored reports within Embrace! Participants will learn how to transform Special Education data, for their campus and/or caseload into a useful format, enabling more informed decision making and improved efficiency. Depending on your role and which session you are able to attend, we will create reports related to State Assessments/Accommodations, IEP & FIE Due Dates, Student Service & Placement, Progress Reports and more.
Did you know that the average educator spends about 1 minute searching for an email and 1–2 minutes finding a file in Google Drive? If that happens just 5–10 times a day, it adds up to 30–70 minutes every week spent simply locating information—not reading it, using it, or acting on it. This session is designed for teachers and administrators who want practical ways to stay organized and reduce daily overwhelm. Participants will learn simple, ready-to-use spreadsheet systems that support instructional planning, student follow-up, communication, and task management. The focus is on practical application rather than advanced formulas, with examples educators can implement immediately. By the end of the session, participants will leave with clear ideas and a next step for using spreadsheets to support both teaching and leadership responsibilities.

This session provides administrators with a comprehensive deep-dive into the Formative Admin dashboard. Participants will learn to navigate organizational reports, track progress toward district-aligned standards, and utilize real-time data to drive campus-wide instructional decisions. Join us to transform data into a roadmap for student success and teacher support.
