Session will provide examples and models, organizational outlines, communication tools, shortcuts/visuals for Embrace, and various other tools for ensuring a developed relationship of understanding between members of the ARD committee (i.e. with students, guardians, supporting staff, teachers, admin) along with a consistent routine in order to become and maintain successful case manager duties.

Target skills that will be addressed for attendees:
1. Acquire applicable organizational skills that can be applied to each individualized case load student
2. Acquire skills and tools to effectively communicate with all pertinent (need-to-know) individuals
3. Acquire understanding and knowledge of utilizing Embrace as a case manager
4. Acquire skills and knowledge to build rapport with caseload students and guardians
5. Acquire skills to establish an effective routine suitable for each individual case manager that can be adapted for each individual student with an IEP
